Alan was raised on a mixed farm in the Mid North of S.A. and has always been interested in the variety a rural mixed practice offers. After completing his studies at Murdoch University, Perth, his first position was at the Strathalbyn Vet Clinic in January 1991. In 1993 he left for an extended working holiday based in England. Rejoining the practice in 1995 and becoming a partner in 1999 has meant that Alan and his family are well settled in the area. His particular interests include small animal medicine and oncology, while he maintains a healthy interest in horses, cattle, sheep and alpacas. If you are ever in need of a good yarn Alan is your man!
